Schooling 

As Oscar Isaac went to a private school, we do not have much information regarding his beginning time of school. Despite that, we know he graduated from The Juilliard School in 2005. Oscar took part in the Drama Division’s Group 34 from 2001 to 2005.

Beginning Years

Isaac started acting as “Pool Boy” in the 1996 crime drama Illtown. After that, he appeared briefly in 2002 entitled All About the Benjamins and in the television series Law & Order: The Purpose of Crime four years later. In 2006, Isaac received a critical compliment for his role as Joseph in the epic Bible Birthday Bible, starring Keisha Castle-Hughes.

In the Shakespeare Community Theater, in the production of Romeo and Juliet Park, he played Romeo, and in Two Gentlemen of Verona, he played Proteus.

Isaac played a small role in Guerrilla, the Second Edition of the Che Guevara film biography Che (2008). He was awarded the Australian Film Institute Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2009 for his role as José Ramos-Horta at Balibo (2009). 

In the same year, Isaac appeared as the Roman ruler Orestes in Alejandro Amenábar’s film Agora. He starred in King John in the 2010 film Robin Hood.

High Point Of His Career 

In a historical romantic drama directed at Madonna, he portrayed a security guard called W.E. next to Abbie Cornish. He also appeared in the play Nicolas Winding Refcrime Drive, released in September 2011. He has been involved as an artist for ten years. He performed his song, “Never Had,” in the film. “I’ve Never Had It” and “You’re Not Going Anywhere” are included in movie music.

In 2013, Isaac starred in the comedy film Inside Llewyn Davis, written and directed by the Coen brothers. He starred as a talented but unsuccessful traditional artist in Greenwich Village in 1961.

The film got the Grand Prix. For Llewyn’s role, Isaac got nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy at the 2014 Golden Globes. She co-starred with Jessica Chastain in J. C. Chandor’s A Most Violent Year (2014), replacing actor Javier Bardem.

Recent Big Budget Project 

Isaac starred along with Natalie Portman in the film adaptation of the novel Annihilation, starring her character’s husband. The role is directed by Alex Garland, Isaac’s second collaboration with the director after Ex Machina.

At the end of January 2019, Isaac was cast as Duke Leto Atreides in Denis Villeneuve’s 2021 film Dune. In 2019, Isaac was cast in Paul Schrader’s film The Card Counter and starred in the action-adventure film Triple Frontier directed by J. C. Chandor, like Pope, who worked for the CAG.

Isaac plays the main character of the Disney + 2022 series Moon Knight. Isaac will play a major role and produce The Great Machine, translated into the comic Ex Machina.

Future Plans

Isaac is scheduled to play in London under the direction of Ben Stiller. [60] In December 2020, it was announced that Isaac would star in Snake in the film Metal Gear Solid directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts. [61] In October 2021, he was cast into a non-profit project with Christopher Walken and Sam Rockwell, written and directed by Martin McDonagh.
