Jayson Tatum is an American professional basketball player for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was drafted third overall by the Celtics in the 2017 NBA draft and went on to earn NBA All-Rookie Second Team honors.
Tatum emerged as one of the Celtics’ best players, averaging 15.7 points per game. He was selected to play in his first NBA All-Star Game in 2019. Tatum has also represented the United States national team twice, winning a gold medal at the FIBA World Cup in 2019.

In his NBA debut, Jayson Tatum had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds as the team’s starting power forward. His squad, however, has a loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
