Frank Acheampong is a Ghanaian footballer who plays as a Forward for Shenzhen FC in the Chinese Super League. He began his career with Aduana Stars before moving to Belgium’s R.S.C. Anderlecht in 2012. He has represented Ghana at both the under-20 and senior levels. Born in Asante Mampong, Ghana, Acheampong started his career with the local club Nana Bamfoe before joining Aduana Stars’ youth academy in 2009. Gent, he came on in the 69th minute and scored his first goal in Belgium; Benfica won 3–0 at home (September 17). On November 8, Tianjin TEDA exercised its option to make Acheampong a permanent club member.
